O <strong><em>Alvinegro<\/em><\/strong> foi<strong> Fundado na ter\u00e7a-feira, do dia 28 de Abril de 1931<\/strong>. A sua <strong><em>Sede<\/em><\/strong> ficava no Bairro Santa Rosa. A grande colabora\u00e7\u00e3o o Rio Branco de ter fundado; juntamente com o <strong><em>Fluminense AC<\/em><\/strong> e <strong><em>Tamoio FC, de S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo<\/em><\/strong>; a <strong><em>Liga Nictheroyense de Football<\/em><\/strong>, em 1932.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre as participa\u00e7\u00f5es do clube ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um levantamento exato, mas as not\u00edcias do clube desapareceram em 1933. Neste caso duas possibilidades: ou o clube se afastou do futebol e se dedicou a ser apenas um clube social ou pode ter fechado \u00e0s portas!
