O dia <strong><em>10 de Outubro<\/em><\/strong> n\u00e3o h\u00e1 questionamento, mas o ano, sim. Em boa parte das publica\u00e7\u00f5es que mencionam a data, marcam que foi em <strong><em>1999<\/em><\/strong>.
