Foram seus fundadores: Jos\u00e9 Maria Fernandes J\u00fanior, Caetano Lopes Lombardo e Fl\u00e1vio Cassiano. Seu uniforme tinha as cores azul, branco e amarelo. Mandava seus jogos em terreno da empresa situado entre as ruas Azevedo Soares, Edmundo Xavier e Jos\u00e9 Tabacow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: x-small\">Diversos foram os funcion\u00e1rios que dirigiram a agremia\u00e7\u00e3o: Waldir Santos Ribeiro (gest\u00e3o 68\/69), Fl\u00e1vio Cassiano, Adolfo Carrati e outros. Ap\u00f3s a sa\u00edda de Waldir, em 1990, a entidade foi extinta. Nos bons tempos o clube teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos 1.800 funcion\u00e1rios da empresa e contava com expl\u00eandida sede. Esta possuia quadra para futsal, sal\u00e3o de festas, lanchonete e outras instala\u00e7\u00f5es.
