O clube <strong><em>Alvirrubro<\/em><\/strong> foi <strong>Fundado na quinta-feira, do dia 22 de Julho de 1915<\/strong>. Os <strong><em>Fundadores<\/em><\/strong>: <em>Alberto Garcia, Arthur Cardoso, Cl\u00f3vis Ribeiro, Edgard Corr\u00eaa Gama, Jo\u00e3o Gomes, Joaquim Lyra, J\u00falio Guanabara, M\u00e1rio Pinto Fonseca e Sandoval Silva<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A sua <strong><em>Sede<\/em><\/strong> ficava no <em>Bairro de Vila Isabel, na Zona Norte do Rio<\/em>.
