O <strong><em>clube Alvinegro<\/em><\/strong> foi <strong>Fundado no dia 17 de Feve<\/strong><strong>reiro de 1917<\/strong>, por esportistas do <em>bairro do industrial<\/em> juntamente com funcion\u00e1rios da <strong><em>f\u00e1brica t\u00eaxtil Sergipe<\/em><\/strong> pertencente a\u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>C<\/em><em>ompanhia Sergipe Industrial\u00a0<\/em><em>S\/A<\/em><\/strong>, liderado pelo <strong><em>Sr. Thales Ferraz<\/em><\/strong>, empres\u00e1rio, propriet\u00e1rio da empresa, que tamb\u00e9m foi seu <strong><em>1\u00ba e \u00fanico presidente<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A sua <strong><em>Sede<\/em><\/strong> ficava na <em>Avenida Jo\u00e3o Rodrigues, s\/n, no Bairro Industrial, em Aracaju<\/em>. J\u00e1 o <strong><em>Est\u00e1dio<\/em><\/strong> era o <strong><em>Adolpho Rollenberg<\/em><\/strong>, com <em>capacidade para 2 mil pessoas<\/em>. Apesar de ter sido um clube de <em>vida ef\u00eamera<\/em>, afinal acabou fechando \u00e0s portas em <strong><em>1924<\/em><\/strong>, entrou para a hist\u00f3ria do futebol sergipano.
